Information You Submit
A third-party results provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in search forms; this site's servers do not retain those queries. A message sent to us contains only the details the sender chooses to include, and those details are used to answer it.
Routine Technical Logs
Our hosting keeps ordinary server logs: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We look at this in aggregate to keep the site healthy and to see which pages readers use. Cookies or similar technologies may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical data helps operate the service, diagnose faults, measure overall traffic, and improve pages. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual user profiles are not created.
Privacy on Linked Services
County and state portals, archives, libraries, and outside search services set their own privacy rules. Information submitted after following a link is governed by that destination, including submissions made through sponsored search results.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373, separately governs covered consumer health data and related rights. Because this site retains little information, a request generally involves checking contact messages and ordinary server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Washington state, county, and city public records remain under their custodians' control, so correction or removal requests concerning those records must go to the responsible office.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
